The data used for these figures is year 2007 and in the south of hobart region

The category name is in the colorbar label.  The layer thickness bins are the ones
in figure 5.  
Starting from the bottom of the figure

All:  all layers
shal: shallow layers
deep: deep layers
lt10: all layers thickness 0-1km 
1-3: all layers thickness 1-3km
3-6: all layers thickness 3-6km
